1. Who can use Kumbh
Kumbh is intended only for authorized team members and approved internal event participants. Access is validated through a company member record, event record, invitation, approved mobile number, email, OTP, or another company-controlled access method. Kumbh is not an open public-registration service.
2. Information we may collect
We collect only information reasonably needed to provide internal event access, shopping, approved seller functions, order fulfilment, support, security, and legal or accounting obligations.

Camera, photos, files, location, and microphone

- Photos and files only for images or documents the user chooses to upload.
- Location only to assist with delivery, pickup, or address selection when that feature is enabled.
- Microphone only when the user chooses an enabled voice-input feature.
3. How we use information
- Confirm that a user is authorized for the company event.
- Provide shopping and event-commerce features.
- Enable seller tools only for approved internal sellers.
- Process orders, payments, pickup, delivery, returns, and refunds.
- Provide customer or internal support.
- Protect accounts, prevent misuse, and investigate security incidents.
- Meet legitimate accounting, tax, settlement, or legal requirements.
5. Internal administrator access
Authorized company or event administrators may access limited information where needed to confirm event eligibility, manage access, support users, administer approved sellers, resolve orders, or investigate misuse. Access is intended to be role-based and limited to staff with a business need.
6. Security and retention
Kumbh uses reasonable safeguards such as access controls, encrypted network communication, restricted storage, and role-based administration. Information is kept only as long as needed for the relevant purpose, internal business requirements, order completion, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or applicable legal obligations.
7. Account and data deletion
Where Kumbh allows users to create or maintain an app account, users can initiate account deletion inside the app from Profile > Settings > Account & Privacy > Delete Account.
Account deletion removes account information that is no longer required. Limited order, invoice, settlement, security, tax, or dispute records may be retained when necessary for a legitimate or legal purpose and are restricted to that purpose.
8. Your choices
Optional permissions can be managed in device settings. Where practical, the app may offer an alternative, such as manual address entry when location access is declined.
